The East Texas project is an early-stage lithium brine prospect the Joint Venture is advancing as part of its Smackover expansion efforts. The most recently available drill results delivered average lithium concentrations of 644 mg/L and North America’s highest-ever reported lithium brine grade of 806 mg/L.1

Development Plan

The Joint Venture is actively exploring and leasing minerals in the Texas Smackover region and plans to deliver a maiden resource study from East Texas in 2025.

  • The most recent brine samples from our wells in East Texas confirm the exceptional quality of the lithium brine assets we’re acquiring. We are confident that East Texas will develop into a globally-significant lithium brine asset.
